Q: Can I send you my personal Bible to paint?
A: Unfortunately, I no longer offer this service. Because I can only work on certain surfaces, I will not be able to work on personal Bibles. I only want the best quality for you guys, so, as of now, I am only offering the one type of Bible.
Q: How do I order a custom Bible?
A: It’s super easy! You can place an order by emailing me or messaging me on Instagram (@sydneynicoledesigns). Once you reach out, I will send you a questionnaire that gives me an idea of what style you are going for. You can also share any inspiration or specific details if you already have them. I will put together a digital sketch and send it to you for your approval!
Q: When will I receive my Bible?
A: I work very hard to get your orders to you ASAP. For the Bibles, the current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. If your order is time sensitive, you are welcome to pay a $15 rush fee. Please keep in mind that once I send you package out in the mail, it is no longer in my control and I am not responsible for any delays or mistakes.
Q: What type of Bible is the custom Bible you offer?
A: The Bibles are double-column ESV Journaling Bibles with wide margins for note taking. They are 6.25” x 7.25” and only weigh about 2 lbs. Perfect for carrying around!
Q: My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
A: If it is a non-custom order I will refund you the cost of the item. As for custom orders, I do not accept returns/refunds. Please understand that any damages caused by the postal service are out of my control and not my responsibility. With your purchase, you are agreeing to these terms, that Sydney Nicole Designs holds no responsibility to USPS/UPS errors. However, contact me if your order arrives damaged so we can work something out to resolve the issue.

A: Please keep in mind that I am a full-time college student. I work from my home on all of your orders and do my best to respond to inquiries as soon as possible. I will be available M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. I do not respond to new inquiries on the weekends; this is my personal time. However, if we are communicating on an order that has previously been placed, I will respond in a timely manner.

For non-custom orders only: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return it to me to receive a full refund. I pride myself in A+ customer service and I value the relationships I make with my customers, so y’all are my top priority! Once I have received your return, I will refund you the full price you paid.
For custom orders: Since I am creating something specific for you, all custom work is non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your custom order, feel free to contact me and let me know what the issue is so we can work together to figure out a solution.
